There is more to discover in this work when we have trusted colleagues to think, question, and grow alongside.
For mental health professionals, counselors, social workers, and other practitioners working with, or interested in, psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy, psychedelic integration, and harm reduction.
As psychedelic experiences increasingly enter the therapy room, clinicians face evolving clinical, ethical, and medical questions. Consultation offers space to navigate these complexities with colleagues, drawing on collective wisdom to support thoughtful client care while protecting our practices.
Two options are available: a seasonal clinical consultation group guided by a multidisciplinary panel of three medical and mental health providers specializing in psychedelic- and ketamine-assisted therapy, and individual clinical consultation with Sarah for focused one-on-one support.
Clinical Consultation Group
A small, closed circle of Louisiana clinicians.
Mental health care is undergoing a paradigm shift. Clients are engaging with psychedelics in clinical settings, ceremonies, and independently, bringing these experiences into therapy whether or not their clinicians feel prepared.
This ongoing group offers a consistent space to bring cases, ask questions, share wisdom, and explore uncertainties and emerging areas of practice alongside colleagues and a multidisciplinary panel. Sessions weave together case presentations, open consultation, brief didactic exploration of clinical, medical, ethical, and harm-reduction considerations, and experiential practices that cultivate the mindful presence this work asks of us.
Beyond clinical learning, the group fosters professional relationships and a sense of belonging among practitioners exploring psychedelic and experiential approaches beyond traditional talk therapy. Together, we strengthen our capacity for thoughtful client care while navigating the complexities, responsibilities, and edges of our own practices.
Seasonal Enrollment: A Small, Consistent Cohort
The group is intentionally small and capped at twelve Louisiana clinicians, with an emphasis on building connections among practitioners from New Orleans through Baton Rouge and Lafayette. Members commit to six sessions over three months, allowing trust, familiarity, and meaningful professional relationships to develop throughout the season rather than functioning as a drop-in consultation group.
