For millennia, people have gathered to experience altered states, honoring connection as part of the medicine.
Our psychedelic integration therapy groups and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy ceremonies offer warm, trauma-informed spaces to continue that tradition, where expansive experiences can be safely held, explored, and integrated in relationship with others.
Psychedelic experiences can bring insight, connection, and wonder, while also surfacing difficult emotions, unanswered questions, or material that takes time and care to understand. Thoughtful preparation and integration can help give these experiences meaning and a place within our lives.
Our group offerings provide two ways to engage in this work with skilled therapeutic support: psychedelic integration therapy groups for preparing for future experiences and exploring or integrating those that have already occurred, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy group ceremonies for preparing, journeying, and integrating together within a clinically supported setting.
Psychedelic Integration Therapy Groups
An intimate seasonal cohort for weaving psychedelic insights into everyday life.
Members come from all points along the path, from curiosity and preparation to integrating experiences with ketamine, psilocybin, plant medicines, or other psychedelics across clinical, ceremonial, spiritual, personal, or recreational settings. What unites participants is a desire to explore these experiences for healing and personal growth.
Sessions offer space to explore what has emerged, prepare thoughtfully for what may come next, and discover how insights might take shape in everyday life. Within a consistent group grounded in safety, ethics, and connection, members can witness and be witnessed, encounter perspectives beyond their own, and notice patterns, possibilities, or parts of themselves that can be difficult to see alone.
Experiencing, Not Only Talking
Across each season, we explore practices for accessing insight, embodiment, imagination, and shifts in consciousness without psychedelic substances, alongside psychoeducation about psychedelics themselves. Practices may include:
Each season features a selection of these practices, including one session with a guest co-facilitator bringing their own area of practice and expertise. See the upcoming season flyer for the featured experiences and guest facilitator.
Seasonal Enrollment: A Carefully Curated Constellation
Each group is a small, closed cohort thoughtfully curated to support safety, cohesion, and meaningful connection. Members commit to six sessions over three months, allowing trust and relationships to deepen throughout the season rather than meeting as a drop-in group.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) Group Ceremonies
Small-group medicine experiences held within a therapeutic and ceremonial container.
Each KAP experience includes individual and group preparation, an in-person ketamine medicine ceremony, and a group integration circle the following day. Individualized intentions and therapeutic support are woven into the shared experience of journeying alongside others, within an intentional setting that supports safety, comfort, and inward exploration.
Ceremonial and wisdom traditions enrich the clinical setting through practices such as relaxation, aromatherapy, music, shamanic drumming, ritual, silence, and connection, creating a meaningful therapeutic arc from preparation through journey and integration.
Intramuscular ketamine is prescribed and administered by the collaborating medical provider. In addition to therapeutic screening and preparation for the group, participants complete a separate medical evaluation and preparation process with the ketamine prescriber. Both therapeutic and medical clearance are required for enrollment to ensure the experience is appropriate for each participant.

What is the cost? Do you take insurance?
All of this and more is answered on the Fees page.
Do I need psychedelic experience to join?
No. The groups welcome adults at many different points along the path, including people who are curious but have never used psychedelics. You do not need a particular kind or amount of experience to belong here.
Are psychedelics used in the group?
No. Psychedelic Integration Therapy Groups are explicitly substance-free, though we may explore ways of accessing non-ordinary states without substances. If you’re interested in a group experience that includes psychedelic medicine, explore our Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy Group Ceremonies.
What if we have not worked together before?
A 90-minute individual intake session is required before the group begins. It gives me a fuller understanding of your history, needs and goals so I can support your participation well.
What is the financial commitment?
Registration is a commitment to the full six-session season, and participants are financially responsible for all six regardless of attendance. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your space in the season. This helps preserve the consistency and trust of the group.
Do current members get priority?
Yes. Current members receive priority registration for the following season and priority consideration for upcoming group Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy ceremonies, which require separate clinical and medical screening.
