A steady space to explore what you’ve experienced, who you are, and who you’re becoming.
Relational psychodynamic, holistic, and trauma-informed care for adults, offering diverse pathways into deeper consciousness and specializing in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy since 2021.
People come to therapy for many reasons. You may be struggling with anxiety, trauma, depression, relationships, identity, substance use, or a difficult transition. You may feel stuck in patterns you understand intellectually but have not been able to change. Or life may be going relatively well, while something in you is asking for greater meaning and connection, a deeper sense of peace, or more access to joy.
I believe we each carry an innate capacity for wisdom and healing. My role is to offer a steady, engaged relationship that helps you reconnect with those inner resources, listen more closely to what your experience may be telling you, and cultivate more fulfilling relationships with yourself, others, and the natural world.
How I workMore Than One Way of Working
My approach is relational, psychodynamic, trauma-informed, and holistic. We pay attention not only to what is happening in your life now, but also to the experiences and relationships that shaped you, the patterns that operate outside your immediate awareness, and what unfolds between us. At the center of the work is a sincere relationship: a space where you can feel safe enough to be fully honest, and where all parts of your experience can be met with curiosity rather than judgment.
For some people, talking is exactly what is needed. For others, words can only take us so far.
Alongside traditional psychotherapy I draw from an expansive “medicine cabinet” of experiential practices, ways of working with the body, imagination, emotion, creativity and non-ordinary states of consciousness.
Psychedelic workPsychedelic Integration & Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy
Psychedelic experiences can be deeply meaningful and provocative, bringing insight, beauty, and connection alongside experiences that may be confusing, frightening, painful, or difficult to understand alone. Intentional preparation can help create a safer and more grounded foundation for entering these experiences, while integration offers space afterward to explore what emerged and how it may relate meaningfully to your everyday life, relationships, and choices. Psychedelic preparation and integration therapy provides a nonjudgmental clinical space for this work, whether the psychedelic experience occurs with me present or elsewhere.
When clinically appropriate, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy may become part of our work, allowing the psychedelic experience itself to take place within the therapeutic relationship. I have also completed professional training in psilocybin- and MDMA-assisted psychotherapy in preparation for their potential future legal use in clinical practice. I generally approach psychedelic work not as a stand-alone experience, but as one part of a broader psychotherapy process, something we can prepare for, experience together when legally and clinically appropriate, integrate afterward, and return to over time as its meaning continues to unfold.
Ceremonial ketamine assisted psychotherapy groups are described on the Group Psychotherapy page, and Immersion Day Retreats on the Ceremonies & Retreats page.
What healing looks likeTherapy Shaped Around You
Healing is a deeply individual, whole-person process, and there is no single way it is supposed to look. Sometimes therapy means tending carefully to pain. Sometimes it means understanding a pattern that keeps repeating. And sometimes the work is less about fixing something that is wrong and more about becoming more fully yourself.
Wherever you are in your journey, it would be a sincere honor to accompany you through the next part of your path. If you feel we might be a good fit, I invite you to reach out and connect.

Say Hello See FeesGood to knowCommon Questions
What is the cost? Do you take insurance?
All of this and more is answered on the Fees page.
Do I need to be interested in psychedelics to work with you?
Not at all. Psychedelic integration and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy are simply some of the approaches available within my broader psychotherapy practice. They are not right for everyone, nor do they need to be part of our work. You are warmly welcome regardless of your interest in psychedelics.
Do I have to try the experiential practices?
Not at all. These experiences are possibilities we can draw from collaboratively and intentionally, and only when they serve the work. You can decide what you are interested in exploring, and you always have the right to give, withhold, or withdraw consent as appropriate before and throughout the therapeutic process.
What if I do not know what is wrong, or what I want to change?
You do not need to arrive with clear knowing. We can begin with where you are.
Can you help me access psychedelic medicines?
When ketamine-assisted psychotherapy is clinically appropriate, I can connect you with a qualified medical provider who can evaluate and prescribe ketamine legally. For other psychedelics, you are welcome to talk openly with me about illegal or unregulated use, with your safety and well-being at the center of those conversations. Therapy is not, however, a place to obtain or be connected with sources for illegal substances.
