Whether new to journeying or deeply experienced, all are welcome to join a shamanic drum journey held in a grounded, trauma-informed space. We'll gather just off the beautiful chakra trail, in the forest around a sacred fire.
Relaxation, breathwork, and optional aromatics help settle the busy mind and prepare you for journeying. Guided by rhythmic drumming, this ancient practice invites you into a relaxed, trance-like state to explore inner wisdom, imagery, and guiding insights from your own subconscious and the unseen realms. Afterward, space for journaling, group reflection and processing, with optional sharing.
